Rates
All rates are quoted nett in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Guide Service
All transfer and sighting tours are escorted by local station guides. Cost of services of language guides are accompanying throughout will be additional for 2 to 6 pax groups but complementary for 7 pax and up groups.

Tour Price
Tour price includes guide fees, meals, decent accommodations, transfers, transportations, sightseeing, excursion and porterage for two pieces of baggage not exceeding 44lbs ( 20 kg) per person. Tour cost does not include airport-tax.

Payment
Full payment must be made to authorized person of Myawaddy Travels & Tours on the arrival of clients.

Entry Visa
Visa is required and obtainable at any Myanmar Embassy / Consulate abroad with a confirmation tours. Entry Visa for tour (EVA) is valid for 4 weeks.

Group Discount
One tour leader of a group of 16 members and up will be given complementary.

Cancellation
Cancellation affects the day on which written notice is received. Cancellation fees are as follows­

a. 15 days prior to arrival -Nail

b. 14 to 7 days prior to arrival -10 % of tour cost

c. less than 7 days prior to arrival -20 % of tour cost plus 100 % of all domestic air ticket
